BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT

Weddings & Family Events

– 30% upfront payment at the signing of the contract, non-refundable if you cancel your booking unless if the reception rooms and the bedrooms can be on-let on the same conditions
– 40% payable 3 months before the event, non-refundable if you cancel your booking unless if the reception rooms and the bedrooms can be on-let on the same conditions
– The balance payable 30 days before the event
– Deposit: A 5000 euros bank check 30 days before the date of the event, not sent for collection and then returned to you after the event should no damage has occured.
– Copy of your insurance certificate (extension of Civil Liability)
