– 50% payable at the signing of the contract, non-refundable if the cancellation is made by you except if the rooms and the rooms are re-let on the same conditions
– The balance payable 30 days before the event
– Deposit: 5,000 euros by uncashed check given 30 days before the date of the seminar
– Copy of insurance certificate
– Public liability
